Most building energy tools are built around benchmarking — they compare your building to a database of similar buildings and estimate where you sit. The estimate is useful as a starting point. It is not useful for a capital allocation decision.

Kelvara builds a physics model of your building specifically — its actual construction, its actual glazing, its actual HVAC system — and calibrates that model against your actual measured energy consumption. The retrofit predictions that come out of a calibrated model are predictions about your building, not about buildings like yours. That distinction is the product.
