Who qualifies for City of Melbourne Activity B co-funding?

The Retrofit Melbourne Financial Incentive Scheme funds eligible commercial building owners to complete an Energy and Carbon Improvement Plan. Eligibility requirements:

  • Location: Within the City of Melbourne municipality

  • Building type: Commercial office space, or fit for office use

  • Size: Between 1,000 m² and 20,000 m² Net Lettable Area

  • Age: Greater than 15 years old

  • Performance: Currently unrated or holds a NABERS Energy rating of 4 stars or below

  • Entity: Private owners, corporations, trusts, or owners' corporations with a valid ABN

How to claim your City of Melbourne co-funding in four steps
